Indian National Pledge

Here we will mention the National Pledge that all the Indian children vow to follow everyday in their school lives. We will also mention the National Integration Pledge that outlines the basic duties to maintain peace, unity and brotherhood in this vast country and the pledge mention in the Preamble to the Indian Constitution

General Pledge

" India is my country. All Indians are my brothers and sisters. 

  I love my country and I am proud of its rich and varied heritage. 

  I shall strive to be worthy of it. 

  I shall respect my parents, teachers and all elders and treat everyone with courtesy. 

  To my country and all my people, 

  I pledge my devotion. In their well being and prosperity alone lies my happiness."

I solemnly pledge to work with dedication to preserve and strengthen the freedom and integrity of the nation. I further affirm that I shall never resort to violence and that all differences and disputes relating to religion, language, region or other political or economic grievances should be settled by peaceful and constitutional means. In their well being and prosperity alone lies my happiness.
